Each and every time you call during normal business hours you’ll speak to a real person, someone who works in our office. We will connect you to the right person for assistance, whether it’s a technical support issue or simply “How do I ....?”. We understand that your time is valuable.

Our Technical Support Team, well-trained in every aspect of our software and hardware, is backed by our own Software Development Team so that any challenging issues get an immediate response. The Smart System® 20/20 is manufactured in the USA, so we know every detail of its operation for fast servicing. For the Smart System® Standard, our technicians are fully trained in hardware functions and repair. M&S Technologies warrants all of the hardware and software we provide.

We know what it means to have an exam room down or non-functional and we take it very seriously. We have a stock of loaner systems available for overnight* deployment so that you will never have to wait to be functional. M&S Technologies realizes the importance you place on your visual acuity system and the need to have your exam room operational, and we back that with an equal commitment to your technical satisfaction.

Our Spare-In-The-Air product replacement program ensures that exam room downtime is limited. 67% of all of our technical support calls can be solved over the phone. However, in the rare case of hardware failure, notify us before 2:00 pm CST Mon-Fri, and you’ll have a replacement product at your door the following the next business day.*

All Smart System computerized vision testing systems sold by M&S includes a software license between M&S and each individual end user. If you have misplaced your M&S end user license agreement from your Smart System Operating Manual, additional copies can be obtained by calling 1-877-225-6101.

If you require technical support on an existing system purchased from M&S, please call 1-877-225-6101 and ask for Tech Support. Many issues can be resolved over the phone. If hardware is needed, expedited replacements and can be arranged.*
