Each and every time you call during normal business hours you’ll speak to a real person. Never will you hear “press 1 for sales, 2 for our business hours, 3 service on products beginning with…....and so on”. That’s not the way we support our customers.
Our Technical Support Team, well-trained in every aspect of our software and hardware, is backed by the Software Development Team so that any challenging issues get immediate response. Our Team is also certified by Dell to repair your Smart System hardware. We never expect our customers to have to work directly with computer manufacturers to resolve issues as M&S Technologies warrants all hardware and software we provide.
We know what it means to have an exam room down or non-functional and we take it very seriously. We have a stock of loaner systems ready for immediate overnight deployment so that you will never have to wait more than 24 hours to be functional. M&S Technologies realizes the importance you place on your visual acuity system and the need to have your exam room operational and we back that with an equal commitment to your technical satisfaction.
Our Spare-In-The-Air product replacement program ensures that exam room down time is limited and we guarantee it. First off, 67% of all of our technical support calls are solved over the phone. However, in the rare case of hardware failure, if we’re notified before 3:00 PM CST, you’ll have a replacement product at your door by 10:30 AM the following day. That’s our guarantee.
