Joe Marino President & CEO -Company Founder and Inventor of the Smart System™ products, Joe brings extensive managerial experience from companies including RCA, General Electric and Sony Corporation. Entering the vision care industry with fixation devices, Joe built extensive relations within the eye care profession. Joe's invention of the Smart System Series product brought computerized vision testing to the mass-market. Joe holds an MBA from DePaul University.

Karen Waller Vice President - General Manager - Karen joined M&S Technologies, Inc. in 2000 with senior management experience from the Fortune 500 and Big 4 Public Accounting. A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Loyola Univeristy, and a CPA with a University of Chicago MBA, Karen provides key leadership over our operations and internal systems. Her extensive experience provides M&S Technologies with sound business direction.

Kevin Butler Director of Technology - Joining M&S Technologies in 2003 after a career with Arthur Andersen, Kevin brings technical leadership and a commitment to exceptional customer service. Kevin manages the product development, guiding new features and technolgies to deployment, as well managing the technical support team, emphazing exceptional customer service. Kevin is also responsible for key strategic techical initiatives. Kevin holds a BS in Computer Science and Statistics from the University of Illinois.

Tom O'Malley Vice President of Sales – Tom’s background includes sales, sales management and executive sales management experience with both large corporations such as 3M, and entrepreneurial technology companies. Each experience further developed his sales and leadership skills. Throughout his career, Tom has been involved in leading edge technology and has been successful in the marketing of these types of products. Since joining M&S Technologies in 2004, Tom has complemented the M&S management team and been an important part of the company’s growth.
